The group rate at the Paris is $109.00 per room per night for single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to 12% room tax. To reserve your room at the hotel, click here to be taken to NATO's group registration page on the Paris' hotel website. The cutoff date for the preferred rate at the hotel is March 10, 2012. After March 10, 2012, rooms will be at a rate and space available basis.

Questions/Attire/Guests

Average temperature in April is a high of 78 and a low of 54 degrees. Daytime attire for the meeting is resort attire. This means good quality attire that you would feel comfortable wearing to a golf club or country club. This could include good quality shorts or slacks, button and polo shirts, skirts, and newish sneakers-no flip-flops, tank tops, or t-shirts. Evening attire is very similar to what you would feel comfortable wearing to a country club in the evening. Slacks and a nice shirt for men and a dress or nice separates are perfect for women. McCarran International Airport is the central airport serving the Las Vegas Area. It is part of the Clark County Airport System, which owns and operates six airports. McCarran consists of 96 aircraft gates at two separate terminal buildings. There are more than 50 retail shops and nearly 30 restaurants, lounges, and snack bars at the airport. Ground Transportation:
A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran, and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. Please note that there are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine services.

Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4.  Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers.

Most taxis will not accept credit card payments.

There is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five (5), including infants and children.
